The following terms and conditions comply with the laws of England and Wales and the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.
In accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of your order. If work has commenced on your order you may be liable for a proportion of material and labour costs.
All items are made to order and must be pre-paid.
Payment may only be by Paypal or Nochex or cheque (UK only).
Delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail (recorded delivery) in the UK. Overseas orders will be sent ‘Insured Royal Mail International Signed For’. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
VAT is not applicable.
Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
I reserve the right to refuse to supply goods. In this case an alternative may be offered, but if this is not acceptable any money received will be immediately refunded in full.
I reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
If payment is to be made by credit or debit card via Nochex or Paypal, the total amount due will be debited from your account at the time of your order and before the dispatch of your purchase. I will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within my power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on my part I cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
I request your name, address, email and telephone number to enable me to provide you with an efficient service but I WILL NOT pass your details to ANY third parties.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
Claims for damage and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of any returned item.
I Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Any disputes will be adjudicated according to the laws of England and Wales.
